Terms of Service
The short version
- Use PostCraft for lawful purposes only — sell legit products, don’t harass anyone, don’t pretend to be someone you’re not.
- You own everything you upload and everything we generate for you.
- Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Paystack. Cancel any time; you keep Pro until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for.
- We do our best to keep PostCraft running, but we provide it as-is. If something breaks, we’ll fix it; we’re not liable for indirect damages.
1. Accounts
You sign in with an email and a one-time code we send to that inbox. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping access to that inbox secure. If you suspect someone else is using your account, email support@postcrafts.site and we’ll force a sign-out.
Guest mode lets you preview the app without signing up. Guest sessions live on-device only — they aren’t backed up and they disappear when you uninstall.
You must be at least 16 to use PostCraft.
2. What you can do with PostCraft
You can use PostCraft to make flyers, captions, and WhatsApp status posts for any product or service that you have the right to sell. You can share them however you want — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, print, anything.
3. What you can’t do
- Make flyers for illegal products, regulated goods you don’t hold a licence for, or anything that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
- Impersonate another business, person, or government agency.
- Upload nude / sexual content, hate speech, or anything that targets a person or group.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test our API.
- Resell PostCraft access — one account is for one person or one business.
If you break these rules we may suspend or terminate your account. We try to give a warning first when we can.
4. Your content
You keep the copyright in every product photo you upload and every flyer or caption PostCraft generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to run the service. We don’t use your content to train any third-party AI model and we don’t share it with advertisers.
5. PostCraft Pro
- Pro is a recurring subscription priced as shown in the app at the time you subscribe (currently ₦4,500 / month).
- Billing is handled by Paystack. By subscribing you agree to Paystack’s terms.
- Your Pro benefits start the moment payment is confirmed and renew automatically each billing cycle.
- You can cancel any time from Account → Manage Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; we don’t pro-rate refunds.
- If a payment fails, we’ll try again over a few days. If it keeps failing, the account is downgraded to Free but your designs stay safe.
6. Watermarks and HD export
Free users export low-resolution images with a small PostCraft watermark. Pro users get high-resolution exports without a watermark. Either way, the flyer is yours — you can use it commercially.
7. Cancellation and deletion
Cancel your subscription from Account → Manage Subscription. Delete your entire account from Account → Delete Account. We hold deleted data for 30 days for fraud protection, then permanently purge it.
8. AI-generated output
PostCraft uses third-party AI models (currently OpenAI’s image and text models) to produce flyers and captions. The output is generated for you on demand. We don’t guarantee that any specific output is unique — there is a theoretical possibility that two users could get visually similar results if they upload similar photos with similar product details. We also don’t guarantee that AI-generated text is factually accurate; you’re responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
9. Service availability
We aim for ≥ 99% uptime and a generation latency below 60 seconds at p95. We’re a small team and we can’t guarantee zero downtime — if PostCraft is down for more than 24 hours in a billing period and you’re on Pro, email support@postcrafts.site and we’ll credit you the lost days.
10. Liability
PostCraft is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service (lost sales, lost profit, business interruption, etc.). Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in that period.
None of this limits liability that can’t be limited by law (fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by us).
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we’ll show you an in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If you don’t agree with the changes, stop using the service — that’s always an option.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that can’t be resolved by email go to the courts in Lagos.
